Returns & Exchanges

Please note: Orders CANNOT be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout.  All orders are deemed final and non-refundable.


Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and must be notified within 3-days or receipt of the damaged items(s).  Items for exchange based on defective or damage shall be returned in the original packaging with the original tags and have never been worn or washed.  Should you need to exchange it for the same item based on damage or defect, send us an email at support@budthreads.com and send your item to: P.O. Box 60070 Lafayette Louisiana US 70596.

To complete your exchange, we require a receipt and proof of purchase, and two images of the damaged or defective apparel. Please send us an email at support@budthreads.com stating your order number, name, what the damage or defect was, and be sure to include the two photos.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

There will not be any exchanges or returns on items marked as clearance or discounted items.

Returns or Exchanges: Non-Apparel Accessories

For any non-apparel accessory, we do not offer any exchanges for any other reason then it being damaged upon arrival. If your non-apparel item is damaged upon arrival and meets the exchange qualifications listed above, please follow the procedure listed for exchanges.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Upon purchase you agreed to the color, size and placement of the graphic on any and all of our items. Bud Threads, LLC shall not be liable for an exchange or refund, or provide an exchange or refund due to or involving these circumstances.

IMPORTANT NOTE TO ALL CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE OF USA: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. You are responsible for all applicable customs, duties, taxes and fees charged by your government. Please contact your country's customs office for respective charges and rates on package coming outside of your country. International customers (outside of United States) are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country. We are unable to advise the amount of what these fees might be & we recommend that you contact your country's customs office or tax agent for respective charges and rates on a package coming outside of your country.
